Last night I saw an excellent movie about the positive contributions of Israel to the world and about the positive aspects of Israeli society. The movie is called, “Israel Inside” See the trailer: http://www.israelinsidethemovie.com/ Check-out screeings in your area, host a screening or see it on PBS. One company mentioned in the movie is Better Place with the development of electric cars, the charging centers (“electric stations”) needed to support the cars, and battery switching stations for longer trips. http://www.betterplace.com/ Check-out: http://www.stepupforisrael.com/ About Step Up for Israel on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXmDpp75YzY Step-up for Israel is a project of http://www.jerusalemonlineu.com/ -Glenn

-Glenn ORDER YOUR AMAZON.com Purchase via this Website: I made this. I like it. (Suitable for vegans and vegetarians) (1) Ripe Bananas. Mush them up. (or mash them up). Mush them enough so they can mix well with the other 2 (dry) ingredients. (2) Cinnamon (3) Pure Cocoa Powder (the real stuff; cocoa without the added stuff.) (Note: Some Cocoa Powder is Dairy) (4) Optional: Add some soy milk (or oat milk, or almond milk or hemp milk or flax milk {that’s a new one, eh!}. You can use whatever flavor you like. If you use chocolate you may not need to add much or any cocoa.) -Mix the mushy bananas with the cinnamon and cocoa (and soy milk). You can use a spoon to do this. No mixer necessary. -Freeze. -Bon Appetit. (Now I sound like a real chef.) As for quantities of ingredients: Experiment. Calories, Fat, etc. No analysis at this time has been done.
